The discount is based on quantity ordered and can be a considerable decrease over our standard prices.

Terms:

1. Lead time: Stocked products without customizations can be shipped within 5 days. If we have to brew a new batch but have APIs, lead time is 4 weeks. If we don’t have APIs wait time could exceed 2 months. We may be able to accommodate a rush order at an additional cost.
2. Payment term: For stocked products, 50% upfront deposit, and 50% before shipping. For custom orders, 80% upfront deposit, and 20% before shipping.
3. No refunds after products are produced or after we purchase supplies for said products (if custom).
