Shake product before application. Spray 2-4 full sprays onto scrotum or armpit area, or another area where skin is thin. Allow spray to dry before putting on clothing again. Each spray is 0.1mL and delivers 3mg of progesterone. Note that dosage of spray is not directly comparable to suppositories as it is a burst application.

Dosing for this product is subject to community debate. 2-4 sprays before bed is a reasonable starting dose for most people, however some may go higher.
