Where do you ship?
US products can ship to United States, Canada, and United Kingdom. Canada products can ship globally with significantly faster & less expensive international shipping, but currently consist of vials only.
There are some countries we don’t ship to due to high package seizure rates, if you can’t select the country at checkout it means we don’t sell there.
Do you send tracking?
We automatically mail out tracking at least twice a week, two days after shipment. Contact us for tracking if you haven’t gotten it 7 days after placing your order.
How long does shipping take?
We ship product out at least once a week, typically three times a week. Your order may be split into multiple separate packages if you order multiple products, you’ll be emailed tracking for all of them. All shipping operations are done manually, please be patient with us.

- US Products
- Domestic: Standard 4-11 days (Ground Advantage); Premium 2-5 days (Priority Mail)
- International: Standard 7-21 days (First Class International)
- Canada Products
- Domestic: Premium 1-7 days
- International: Standard 6-10 days; Premium 4-7 days
Estimates do not include the time to drop products off for shipping. We drop off product shipments at least twice a week depending on volume. USPS randomly decides to delay packages for days even for their highest service level, so please order Priority if you need your package quickly.
Is your packaging discreet?
Nothing on the package itself will indicate what is inside. If your order is international the label on products will be a stealth label, while domestic orders will have a regular label.
Do you ship to Universities, PO Boxes, or General Delivery?
We support sending packages to PO boxes, general delivery, and anywhere else which USPS or Canada Post (depending on product) supports sending packages to such as university mail rooms, mailbox rental, and similar services.
Please note that if mail is returned to sender by these services, we will not reship or refund the order. It is your responsibility to provide us an accurate address that will accept your package. General delivery may decline and return packages if there are PO boxes available for rent or you do not provide notice to your post office that you are expecting general delivery, and so we consider it risky to use.
Can I ship somewhere other than my Billing Address?
Yes, just put whatever name and address you want the product shipped to as the address. We don’t need or care about your actual billing address, it is only called that because of a software quirk.
In the email confirmation you may see a “shipping address”, this is just a clone of the billing address and the “shipping address” field is unused by us. (Our software only lets us disable the shipping address selection.)
Do you ship to Amazon Lockers?
We cannot ship to Amazon Lockers.
Can you ship with FedEx or UPS?
Unfortunately we are unable to do this.
What is your reship policy?
We will reship packages IF:
- The product is seized/returned/destroyed by customs.
- The product is lost in the mail.
- The product arrives damaged/defective and you provide a photo of damaged product.
- Product(s) are missing from the package and you provide us a video where you show you opening the (not previously opened) package.
We will NOT reship packages if:
- The package is returned to sender due to you not using your legal name on the package (“addresse unknown”).
- You claim an item is missing from the package but are unable to provide us video evidence of the item being missing.
- Your package shows as delivered in tracking and you claim the package was lost in the mail.
- Your package was returned to sender due to an incorrect/outdated/vacant address.
- We have already reshipped the order once. (Only one reship per order.)
Can you refund my order?
We will refund orders if you request cancellation and the order hasn’t shipped yet. We will NOT refund an order if we have shipped out a package, even if it is eligible for reship, except in exceptional circumstances by our discretion ONLY.
Can I return my order?
We cannot accept return packages under any circumstance. Do not return packages to the address on the package, it will result in the package being lost. (You will not get a refund or reship if you return a package to sender after it shows as delivered in tracking.)
How do I pay?

What currencies do you accept?
We accept Litecoin (LTC), Monero (XMR), Bitcoin (BTC), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH).
If you would like to pay with something else, use Trocador in payment mode with the Monero (XMR) address and amount you see at checkout. Note you should never send funds to a Trocador address after their timer expires, otherwise you will have to contact their support to recover your funds.
How long do I have to pay once checking out?
Our payment processor gives you 4 hours to get the payment sent. Once the payment is detected you’ll see a green check mark and be redirected back to the order page. The 4 hour timer stops as soon as the transaction is detected, it will not be cancelled even if it takes longer than 4 hours for it to be confirmed on the blockchain. (This is very helpful for cashapp and bitcoin which take forever to confirm unless you pay high fees.) You’ll get a confirmation email when the payment is fully confirmed and settled.
Please do not submit payment after the timer runs out, start a new order instead. If you pay an old address, contact support and send a payment screenshot from your wallet or exchange along with the address you sent funds to so we can manually confirm the order.
Does my exchange know I’m buying HRT?
Payments are processed via a payment processor hosted by us, no third parties are involved in the payment process. We use a clean address with no prior transactions for every payment, so your payments won’t get blocked like they can with other sellers which reuse addresses.
After we withdraw funds it may get associated with other transactions. If you’re especially concerned, please pay with Monero as it is resistant to tracing attempts.
Do you accept credit cards, checks, cash, etc?
Unfortunately we can only accept cryptocurrency, no other payment methods will ever be accepted for security reasons.
When are you open?
We accept orders 24/7, however if we reach extreme demand the limit on daily orders will reset throughout the day. If we are going on break it will be announced ahead of time and any orders submitted before break will be shipped out before then.
Dosing?
We provide limited instructions for use on each product page.
For regular injectable products, we encourage you to check other resources such as HRT Cafe as dosing is a complicated subject.
You should always get blood work after starting HRT, changing your dosing, and 1-2 times per year to ensure your levels are in the correct ranges, as guidelines cannot predict exact dosing for everyone.
Is this safe?
No homebrewer can offer the same assurances of consistency as you would get from medications which are made by pharma companies.
We third party test the active ingredients for all products we sell. For injectable products, we meet or exceed established community best practices, which include third-party testing the finished product, dust control with a laminar flow hood,0.22 micron filtration of product, and terminal sterilization of finished vials.
If you receive a product which you believe is defective in some way or unsafe, please let us know and we’ll investigate the issue and provide a replacement if there is a problem.
