30 troches containing 200mg of Progesterone for ease of intake but with higher bioavailbity than regular oral forms. Troches allow for direct entry into the bloodstream by dissolving into your oral mucosa in your buccal region. This skips most digestion of your Progesterone without having to use a suppository. Comes in purple trays with a white holder.

Shelf Life: >6 months (depending on storage; store in a dark, dry place)

Remove purple tray from its white holder by pinching the top fins inward. Pop out one troche like you would normally do from a blister pack. Note each troche is scored to half or quarter your dose as desired. Insert troche in the space between your upper gums and cheek lining in your mouth. Sublingual intake is also an option but is not as recommended. Let troche dissolve for ~30 minutes. Water is fine to drink while your troche dissolves but avoid eating if possible. Generally, one dose a day is recommended. Day time doses are fine to take in my experience as well as nightime doses.
