Suggested drawing/injecting with 27g fixed insulin needle or 25g standard needle. Drawing will be slow, warming up the product helps. When using the vial, if the vial does not have a plastic top remove only the small metal circle from the middle of the vial cap. We will not reship product if you remove the metal seal from the vial. Do not try to pierce the metal part with a drawing needle without removing it.

For SubQ only, start with an initial loading dose of 80mg (can be split into two 40mg injections), then dose at 30-50mg per month. Blood tests are critical for correct levels with this ester, if you cannot obtain blood tests reliably you should not use this. Blood levels may also change based on physical activity, weight loss, or after 1 year of use, research on levels using this medication is purely a community effort and these factors are not well studied yet. IM usage of this medication is significantly less common, the dosing above is not appropriate for IM and roughly half the dose should be used, see the simulator for more information.
