    For SubQ only, start with an initial loading dose of 80mg (can be split into two 40mg injections), then dose at 30-50mg per month. Blood tests are critical for correct levels with this ester, if you cannot obtain blood tests reliably you should not use this. Blood levels may also change based on physical activity, weight loss, or after 1 year of use, research on levels using this medication is purely a community effort and these factors are not well studied yet. We recommend using the simulator estrannai.se. IM usage of this medication is significantly less common, the dosing above is not appropriate for IM and roughly half the dose should be used, see the simulator for more information.
